Sometimes it happens that products with an expiration date in the warehouse are not processed correctly.

To ensure that stock is regularly renewed, it would be helpful if a product manager could temporarily reduce stock to zero.

This can also be useful at the end of a season or for seasonal products.

Now a phase out function already exists with a date, would be nice if this function is extended to include the stock 0 variant.
