Is it possible to add the requested delivery date to the purchase order? The requested delivery date should be calculated as order date + product lead time = requested delivery date.

Optiply automatically generates an order number for your order when it is placed. Suppliers also give you an order number on the same order, but this of course differs from the Optiply one. It would be nice to be able to change the Optiply order number to the same order number as the supplier gives to the order. This way it is easier and clearer when completing oders/ registering delivered products.

When I make an order, I finish it and save it so I can make an Excel report for the supplier. Sometimes items are out of stock. I cannot adjust the order anymore. It would be great to be able to increase item amounts (lets say if they offer a new bulk discount) or decrease when out of stock. Which I only now after sending out the original order Excel.

We accidentally closed a buy order without receiving all the ordered products. It would be nice to have a feature to undo this or reopen closed orders.

Make the periods that a product wasn't in stock visible in the sale history graph. For example in a red color. Now, when you look back, you can't see the difference. Was a product not sold because there was no interest in the product? Or wasn't it sold, because it simple wasn't in stock?

It would be nice to have a report or filter option where we can see products whose sales are declining. This way, we can investigate why sales are declining. Availability, Price position in the market etc and therefore perhaps renegotiate with the supplier or look for an additional supplier or alternative.

For example, copy/paste the string "item A; item B" into the filter search bar causing it to filter on both Item A and item B. Instead of having to type Item A, enter, then Item B, enter, ... and so on.
