I manage promotions at the SKU level using a Google spreadsheet. It would be beneficial if this spreadsheet could automatically sync with Optiply promotions, eliminating the need for manual CSV exports and imports. This feature would streamline the process and save time.

I want to filter products that have not been sold at all in the past 12 months. This specific filter is not available in the current system, which only allows filtering for 'Dead Stock' defined as products not expected to sell in the next 24 months. Having a filter for no sales in the past 12 months would greatly assist in managing inventory more effectively.

Currently, we rely on the support team to import data for us, which can be time-consuming. It would be beneficial if we could perform these imports ourselves, streamlining the process and reducing dependency on support. This capability would enhance our efficiency and allow us to manage data updates more flexibly.

For new products without comparable predecessors, I believe no purchase advice should be given unless a minimum stock level is set. This would prevent unnecessary stock accumulation for products without sales history.

I need to export the forecast for the entire cycle of products, not just for 30 days. This feature would allow me to better plan and manage inventory by having a comprehensive view of the demand over the entire cycle period.

The limit to create an emergency order (prevent no sales and/or backorders) can now only include 0 or 1x minimum order value/order costs. As a result, we now have to enter fake minimum order values. That is undesirable. It would be nice to be able to choose a different value (e.g. 3x minimum order value, see screenshot)

I have suppliers that I choose to ignore, and I would like any new products added to Optiply from these ignored suppliers to be automatically ignored as well. This would streamline my workflow and ensure that I don't have to manually ignore each new product from these suppliers.

Set a minimum order quantity for a Supplier. Instead of a minimum Order Value. So that Optiply notifies me to order when an order of, for example, 500 items (of all different sizes and SKUs) has been reached

I would like to add a description and/or reference to an order, so it appears as such in Exact. I used to do this in Exact, which helps me a lot to quickly see which order contains what. Now these files are blanc, and I manually have to ad a description after the order has been uploaded to Exact.

We accidentally closed a buy order without receiving all the ordered products. It would be nice to have a feature to undo this or reopen closed orders.
