It would be useful if the inventory could also be segmented by product characteristic. Example: Products in the food category with an expiration date (THT) should ideally have lower stock levels. Similarly, items that are extra large could also be stocked in smaller quantities.

I want to add the stock-time as a column on the purchase order.

Optiply automatically generates an order number for your order when it is placed. Suppliers also give you an order number on the same order, but this of course differs from the Optiply one. It would be nice to be able to change the Optiply order number to the same order number as the supplier gives to the order. This way it is easier and clearer when completing oders/ registering delivered products.

As we have suppliers in several countries like US, GB, NZ, it's a must to order in their currency as they do not accept orders in €.

Please give us the possibility to add some company information on the order files. Like company name, kvk, delivery address, phone number, etc. If it's possible to add

We often put a note in Afas with an item of value when ordering. Now we often have to look up each item in Afas to see if there is a comment. If there could be an exclamation mark at the article in Optiply at the articles that have a comment in Afas, this would save a lot of work.

When viewing a purchase suggestion, many columns are displayed. It would be helpful to be able to freeze one or multiple columns, so that for example the product name is always displayed. That way, you won't have to scroll back and forth so frequently when making changes.

Could you please import the image from Picqer automatically as well. Would be helpful if we see a picture from the product together with the rest of the information. The images are already in Picqer and it would be nice if this is imported also.
