Enable Bulk SKU Upload for Promotions via Excel/CSV to Replace Manual Entry

When we have a promotion, there are often a lot of SKUs involved. Now we have to manually add every SKU. We need to be able to import all SKUs of a promotion via an upload using an Excel/csv file. Currently adding everything 1 by 1 is not manageable for us.

Finally someone that agrees! Honestly same goes for specifications like product pricing and such. It would be perfect if you can adjust these in bulk. Preferably not just via Excel but just optional in the application.
