With Optiply’s first update of the year 2026, we are introducing user roles. You can now assign roles like Buyer, Supply chain analyst, Demand planner etc. Categorize your users based on their primary work functions.
We are continuously improving the purchasing process by adding new columns to the Deliveries and Purchase pages. Furthermore, you can now include additional details in your exported orders, such as EOQ, MOQ, lot size, cost price, and discount price.
