We use Channeldock as our inventory system, and when we place an order, a delivery is created in Channeldock. If we need to cancel an order, it should be reflected in Optiply to ensure accurate stock advice. Currently, Optiply does not sync order cancellations from Channeldock, leading to discrepancies in stock advice. It is crucial for Optiply to sync these cancellations to maintain accurate inventory data and reliable reorder advice.
